We called the day before and spoke with Kevin- who was amazing by the way, but because of commission issues He stated our sales rep would be Amber Melena, which I had no previous contact with. Well she took the keys home to my vehicle the Night prior for unknown reasons. we drove 4 hours to purchase the vehicle. we were to arrive by 9AM I get a text from her 10 minutes before 9am stating that she wont be able to make our apt due to a flat tire and will need to R/S our purchase to a later time...uh no we drove 4 hours for this purchase. We sat for 3 hours before we could even see the vehicle because she arrived at 11am we got there at about 830am...we couldnt even see the vehicle because it was locked and she had the one set of keys. Upon her arrival she did not once apologize to us or even Introduce herself to us. She Acted as if she didnt know who we were. A sales man Raza was wonderful as soon as the keys showed up we saw the vehicle it was detailed immediately. Needless to say if we hadn't driven so far for this purchase we would have left. Raza and kevin did a great job and should have gotten the commission for the sale of our vehicle NOT amber. but over all I will never pourchase a vehicle from this dealership again. Very poor customer service on Amber's part. 👎👎👎👎 More
Very disappointed with the service. They told me my key will be ready on Saturday. When I got there no one even had any record of the order. They said it would be ready on Sunday. When I called on Sunday t will be ready on Saturday. When I got there no one even had any record of the order. They said it would be ready on Sunday. When I called on Sunday they said the system was down and it will not be ready. Only after insisting today figure out how to get it working so they can get my key ready. Words can’t explain how much excellent serviced I received as soon as I walked into the dealership. Being in the dealership I knew I was going to drive out with a car and I did and I never been so pr received as soon as I walked into the dealership. We were excited to visit the dealership on New Year's Day because they had the exact truck we wanted. After a test drive we found that the truck had paint damage on the tailgate and rear bumper. The Sales Manager explained they would fix the damage ASAP and we could still take the truck home that day. When we got the initial invoice we saw about $5000 of extra equipment that was not represented on the website. After some negotiations they took those items off. Once we made the appointment for the repair the real problems started. I was told initially that the repair would take 2 days. When I arrived at the dealership they said it would be more like 6 days. I then had to go to Enterprise to pick up my rental and it was a total piece of junk. Called the dealership to see of they could do anything about the rental (Enterprise wasn't helpful) and no one called me back the first day. I finally heard from the service writer a day later and he basically said there was nothing they could do. Never got a return call from the Customer Experience Manager or the GM. Jesse in Sales was very communicative but he can't do everyone's job. I spoke to 3 finance people before I finally got someone to activate my Theft Patrol device activated (2 weeks later). Dahlia in finance was very helpful and even assured me my payoff on my old vehicle was handled. When I picked my new truck up from Service after the repair they had not removed the fifth wheel hitch in my old truck. They actually wasted their time removing the trailer hitch from under the truck. We had to wait while service removed the correct hitch from the old truck. Everything seemed fine on the new truck until a day later when I noticed there was a scratch on the mirror. I didn't notice it at the dealership so I'm sure they wouldn't honor a repair after the way everything else has gone. It's been almost a week since we got our truck back and returned our rental to Enterprise and the dealership hasn't paid for the rental. This means Enterprise won't return the deposit I had to put on the rental. It just keeps getting worse! Still never received a call from the GM which is shocking since we had so many problems. With the exception of a few super stars (Jesse and Dahlia) everyone else at the dealership seemed to be inconvenienced to have to do their jobs. No one in service acknowledges customers when they arrive. No one answers their phones or calls back when messages are left. This was the absolute worst car buying experience ever. More
Kevin and Gio were very attentive and helpful for us.
