Great service 9/12/2019 My service advisor Alex was not expecting me. I did not have an appointment I had a turn signal bulb out and a bad wiper blade along with a check engi My service advisor Alex was not expecting me. HORRIBLE Customer service. I made an appoointment to have my 2017 jeep looked at because the engine light came on. They said to drop it off Monday morning. I actually dropped it I made an appoointment to have my 2017 jeep looked at because the engine light came on. They said to drop it off Monday morning. I actually dropped it off on Friday night so I wouldn't have to fight traffic the following Monday. I called Monday afternoon to find out it they were finished. The woman said it would be finished on Tuesday afternoon. I called Tuesday to confirm it was done. I left several messages for Alex who checked me in originally. Never got a return call. Wednesday morning I left more messages and still no return call. I called to talk to the Sales manager but he VM said to leave a message but his mailbox was full. I called to talk to the General manager who said leave a message but his mailbox was full. I got the runaround for two days until the receptionist personally to a note over to Alex and told him how upset I was being left in the dark. He finally called me Wednesday afternoon to say my jeep was done. No apology. He had serious attitude. I will NEVER go back to these Rude Liars! More
