I hate to give bad reviews but I have to be honest. This was the first time I had service at this dealer and it was terrible. Long story short, my truck was there for over a week and all that was neede This was the first time I had service at this dealer and it was terrible. Long story short, my truck was there for over a week and all that was needed was a battery and oil change. During that time, I called and texted several times to see what the status of my truck was and they never responded until a day before my truck was ready to pick up. I'll never go there again. More

Vehicle was taken to the dealership for basic service and to prepare a recall for the towing light I can’t fathom to understand what this has to do with the technicians, changing all my settings, programming to prepare a recall for the towing light I can’t fathom to understand what this has to do with the technicians, changing all my settings, programming, new memories for the seats and changing the language to Italian. On top of this, I was told a vehicle would be done the same day. I had to call the dealership to ask what the status of my vehicle was because the dealership apparently can’t do outgoing calls to notify their customers when their vehicle is done. Again, I dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning and I asked them how long was the vehicle going to be here especially because I had a recall so that I can go and run to a vehicle to go to work they assured me that the vehicle would be done the same day and it was not.
