Communication was very poor. We had to constantly beg for updates. If we had just received communication from the beginning about time estimates it would have been fine. Horrible service on so many levels ! !! Scratches painted over before I bought the car,Things not working & them knowing it, but still sold it to me. Someone dented & Scratched my vehicle !! Would have given a 5 star, but my coupon was not used to deduct charges. Was not offered a inspection... Also, was not explained about future maintenance appointments.
