The dealership overall was very forgettable. I have a jeep with 16k miles and I was told I needed a service that coated a total of a 1000 dollars. I paid $250 for a diagnostic that I didn’t get. I didn’t request tire service and the tires had low air pressure when I picked it up. Did not fix the recalls on the car. Claimed my car wouldn’t start and a diagnostic couldn’t be done unless I paid $2,000. I refused and asked for my car back. They insisted I have it towed. I called a tow truck and they drove the car out to me, which means the car did start and they could have done a diagnostic but refused because I didn’t pay them $2,000. I was completely ripped off. My invoice supports what I am claiming. More

I went there to get an oil change, I was told it would take 2-3 hours which was kind of a long time for a oil change. When I returned 4 hours later it still wasn’t ready, the tech guy told me it would be take 2-3 hours which was kind of a long time for a oil change. I ended up waiting for another 2 hours, so I ended up spending 6 hours just to get an oil change. More
They have an internet sales, for what reason is unknown to me, tried for several days to buy a car over the internet, also by phone and was told I need to come into to the dealership to buy it. I live 5 hours away, and they would not even hold or take a down payment so we could ensure the car would be there when we arrived. I have bought and sold hundreds of cars, some with internet sales and have never encoutered this before. Russell Westbrook if you were giving away vehicle by the ship load I would not be standing inline. This is probably the worst car dealership that I have ever tried to do buisness with. More
