My car was at the dealership for simple warranty work & it took 6 weeks. When I picked up my car there were damaged. Slight but nevertheless damages. Since this has happened before. But of course, no manager was available and no one has returned my several phone calls. I am forced to deal with this dealership because I have an extended Mopar warranty. I really like my service rep too. But things are beyond his control. More
