Long wait for repairs, didn’t clarify that the appointment was only to get in line to be diagnosed which would be 2-3 days. I was never told about the 10 day courtesy rental and the service adviser told me to extend the rental and now I am only getting 50% of the reimbursement. I left multiple messages for the past 2 1/2 weeks service adviser told me to extend the rental and now I am only getting 50% of the reimbursement.
