Would NOT recommend this dealership We came in to get a car. They tell us the bank only approves two vehicles. One is a high milage nice car. I expressed my concerns at a car with such high milage. I was told don't worry we have a "forever" warranty. No matter what happens it will be covered, as long as you do propper maintenance. In the first three months we find an oil leak. They fix it but the service department lady was as mean to me as it was possible to be. Including charging me for an oil change in the process of fixing an oil link. While they have the vehicle they are supposed to do the propper maintenance. They did not change an air filter. Not the normal one, but one in the passenger portion of the car. Having not changed that filter in a timly fashion voids the "forever" warranty. Shady and mean is my take away. Nothing about this dealership is anything I'd tell you to go to. More

NOT GOOD AT ALL Re-manufacture transmission at 84406 new transmission doing the same thing, quote its going to take 500 miles for the computer to learn the drive driv Re-manufacture transmission at 84406 new transmission doing the same thing, quote its going to take 500 miles for the computer to learn the drive driving habits(xxxxxxxx).So on 10/13/2017 it goes in for oil change and tire rotation and to look at transmission again.Oil change& tire rotation OK transmission could not do the test on it because of a low voltage.Interstate battery put in 4/5/2014 6 year battery. And took to interstate to have tested its fine.Hers the kicker the car started up fine every morning and evening right. So it go's in on 10/13/2017 pull in go to waiting area right .Mike Santimarino said we had to jump your car the battery is bad .Mike wanted to sell me a battery for 189.95 48 month I said no and then Mike said we co not complete the test on the car.Have case number. Beware what they write on your statement.File a claim with BBB and NTSB and sent Columbus a detailed and receipts on work and stating that they cant duplicate. I stated it doesn't do it all the time.I ask them if they had a grandchild Mike said yes and then I said would you want your grandchild riding in a car that wasn't safe. All I want is the transmission to be fixed right, and stop blowing smoke up my xxx. They like to play games. Transmission put in reverse it jumps really bad, and when you put in drive from reverse its like no power the rpm go up but the car not moving. And this has happened at stop signs and had to turn around to bring car home. Like I said it doesn't do it all the time.and its starting with a re-manufacture transmission. That re manufacture transmission only a year warranty and 12000 to 15000 miles. Talking to KIA well if Vandevere can not duplicate it KIA wont do anything. All services has been done by Vandevere because of the warranty. Complaint #11033151 More
