I will always go to this location for all maintenance for my vehicle and my sons vehicle. My friend was there and witnessed how amazingly I was treated and is now looking at vehicles on the lot of Vann Dodge. Since purchasing my vehicle from Vann Dodge they have gone above and beyond from the purchase of my vehicle all the way to the service. Atlantic Chrysler did me dirty by Second time here for service after purchasing a brand new Jeep Cherokee last year from Atlantic Chrysler in EHT, NJ. Atlantic Chrysler did me dirty by charging for services not perform therefore I give then a -5 Stars. Vann listened to my concerns after I was ripped off, gave me updates in a timely manner and completed the work. I called about a nail in my tire, went there within an hour, and was back on the road in less than an hour. Thanks Tim Ryan :) More

Charged with a service that was not necessary. I left my car with them so they could put a instrument cluster in it and they lost my keys to my car and then they called me and told me that my car w I left my car with them so they could put a instrument cluster in it and they lost my keys to my car and then they called me and told me that my car was ready after having it for 7 days. They told me on the phone I had to ride it around a few days before I took it through inspection. When I got there, I started it up and the engine light was on so I went in to tell the them and they weren't there. I told the cashier that the light was on and she said you have to drive it and it should go out. Well it didn't so I took it back and had a 8:00 appointment. I waited two hours for Tim to tell me it was a oxygen sensor. Which they probably knew that when they had it the first time because the light was on when I picked it up but they wanted to charge me another crazy amount of money to fixed it. I said no and they still charged me to do a diagnostic test that is a crazy price too. I should not have been charged for a diagnostic test because the light was on when I picked the car up the first time. I will never recommend them to anyone and they will never get my money again. More

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE ! BYE BYE SEE YA! . To sum it all up timothy stein will cost vann dodge a multi return customer.For vann dodges sake ,I sure hope he is a better mech. then talker. Service department is a joke I called the service department to schedule a appointment for a recall on my 2008 Jeep Commander. They told me that they have the recall part and they I called the service department to schedule a appointment for a recall on my 2008 Jeep Commander. They told me that they have the recall part and they scheduled my appointment for the next available appointment for the following Saturday at 11 am. I brought it in on Saturday around 1030am and after waiting 15 minutes in the service department someone finally came to the counter to help me. I told him I have a 11:00 appointment for a recall. He looked at the recall notice then made a call to the parts department. Then he told me that they didn't have the part in stock and that the recall is a first come first serve type thing. I was so pissed off because I made this appoint over a week ago and drove a hour to get to this dealer. He told me to keep calling everyday tell the part comes in. I left the place with my blood pressure though the roof! I decided to pull over and call Chrysler Corporation to tell them what just happened at the dealership. They told me that the service department was wrong by doing this to me. They said as long as I had a appointment the part should have been saved for me. They took down my complaint and apologized for what Vann Doge had done. They then put me on hold to find me another Jeep dealer in my area that had the part and made me a appointment with them. Tomorrow I bring it in to get the work done at another dealership. I also wanted to add that while at Vann Dodge there was one guy before me with a appointment that simply wanted a key programmed and they told him he at least has a 1 1/2 hour wait. WOW! I will never return to this place again! More
