While that was very disappointing what was really upsetting was when it was delivered with the “threat” that the price should go up. We walked out. Three hours later the vehicle was marked up $1,500. My experience with this dealership was one of the worst I have had. While I cannot say anything about the dealership in a whole, our salesperson, Edwin, was by far one of the most unprofessional salespersons have had. His lack of communication during the process, poor attitude when purchasing the vehicle and lack of professionalism to a customer should be noted. The truck was delivered to our house and it took him over 2 weeks to get the signed paperwork to me after I bought it. When I inquired about it, he advised it was put in the regular mail with no tracking. With the holiday and mail being lost, this was totally unacceptable. The gentleman who delivered the truck advised it should be overnighted with tracking. We had to call and remind Edwin to send it to us. I would not recommend using him as a salesman. More
