They're not committed to "Building Relationships That Last." Originally, I thought I had a great buying experience. They were willing to include all weather mats for the Toyota 4runner and tint the windows. I wa Originally, I thought I had a great buying experience. They were willing to include all weather mats for the Toyota 4runner and tint the windows. I was told they would have to order the mats and I have to take my SUV to another shop for the tint. Approximately a week later I was told I could come by and pick up the mats and go get the windows tinted. When I came to pick up the mats, they only had the all weather floor mats and give me a cloth cargo/truck mat. I was told that was the only cargo mat that was available. However, when I went to Toyota's website they clearly had the all weather cargo mat available. I told the salesman and he said he would look into it and get back with me. He went ahead and arrange for my windows to be tinted. So I drove to the shop to find out my windows are legally tinted already...SMH. So I called the salesman and asked if something could be compensated since they can't tint the windows. He told me they really could not do anything but would provide a gas card instead and come by the next day. I called the next day and didn't get an answer or call back from the salesman. I understand people can be bisy at times so I decided I would reach back out a few days later. During that time I was able to take my vehicle on the highway and notice it would shake once over 60mph. I was unable to catch this during the test drive because of the weather conditions at the time. So I finally contacted the salesman about the performance of the SUV and things owed. I was asked to come back to the dealership. I requested to come on a schedule appointment instead because I don't have time to waste after spending hours purchasing the car. The salesman said he understood and would call me back with arrangements. I still haven't heard anything back over a 3 week period. I thought buying locally had perks but seems to me all about numbers and sales not customer service and building relationships. I would suggest going to going to Modern or Rice Toyota. More

Great Experience I am not one for putting things into words but I would have to say it was a very pleasurable experience working with the sales team, finance team and I am not one for putting things into words but I would have to say it was a very pleasurable experience working with the sales team, finance team and even the service department at Vann York. Since the time we purchased our first toyota mini van from them in 2011 we have had nothing to complain about with them. Now its a different story with the Chevy dealership and thats the reason I own 2 toyota's now. I would recomend Vann York Toyota 110% to anyone wanting a new car. Mr. Martin was actually fun to work with as well as being very informative and knowledgeable and very friendly and a hard worker.
