So far, Vera Motors has handled all my appointments professionally. This was the first time I've had my vehicle in a shop for almost a month. Regardless, their timely updates of daily progress were app professionally. This was the first time I've had my vehicle in a shop for almost a month. Regardless, their timely updates of daily progress were appreciated as, according to them, GM took a long time to deliver the parts needed to fix the issue. The diagnostic that they performed on my vehicle, after a routine service request, resulted in a resolution of a problem that I was unaware of. My vehicle is running perfectly and I'm pleased with the process. I will continue to use their service for as long as I have my Buick Encore. My desire is to be able to drive their Cadillac Escalade on a trade-in in the future. More
