I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Vera Cadillac. I brought my vehicle in for a recall as well as warranty-covered repairs, expecting the level of professionalism and customer service Vera Cadillac. My service advisor was Reinaldo Rodriguez Del Pozo, and unfortunately, one of the biggest problems throughout this experience has been the lack of clear communication. I was charged for the loaner vehicle, and when I tried to get a straightforward explanation as to why I was being charged, I felt like I was being given the runaround rather than an actual answer. I understand that dealerships have policies and that certain expenses may or may not be covered. However, if there is a legitimate reason for a charge, it should be easy for my service advisor or someone in the service department to explain the charge clearly, provide the applicable policy, and address my concerns professionally. Instead, I’ve felt dismissed when trying to get answers. A customer should not have to repeatedly chase down their advisor or dealership just to understand charges related to a service visit. My frustration isn’t simply about the money—it’s about communication, transparency, and how I’ve been treated as a customer. I expected significantly better service from Vera Cadillac, especially when my vehicle was brought in for recall and warranty work. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely disappointed and seriously questioning whether I would bring my vehicle back to Vera Cadillac or recommend their service department to others.
