One of my Tire pressure sensors was not working, which was indicated by a service light appearing on my dashboard. I took my car in for service on Feb 18th but I was advised it could not be repaired at th was indicated by a service light appearing on my dashboard. I took my car in for service on Feb 18th but I was advised it could not be repaired at that time because the part I needed was on back order. After four weeks had passed with the part still on back order, the part's Manager, Troy Meranda, stepped in and made arrangements for the part I needed to be transferred from the Coral Springs Dealership who had the part, and had it sent to Vera in Pembroke Pines. Mr Meranda was very apologetic for the lengthy delay. He was also very empathetic with how long I had been waiting for this sensor, and for my problem to be resolved. His action is the type of customer service we expect to receive no matter what the problem is. I couldn't be more satisfied as a customer. I am extremely impressed with Mr Meranda's high level of customer service and I am also very grateful to him for helping me. His actions exceeded standard expectations and he created a loyal customer relationship with me forever. More
