It's not the dealership. I feel Eric didn't communicate well. He said it would take a couple of hours the day I left my car to have a battery replaced. He said I needed an oil change and tire rotation, I agreed. I said I'll just leave it overnight. I expected to pick it up the next morning and they was just getting to changing the battery. I waited almost two hours. Never once did he even say there was a waiting room. This was my first service visit. More

They have experience mechanic who knows how to fix vehicles I had took my to Chevrolet dealership in Sunrise for seatbelt issue.
