When I arrived, my service advisor explained my maintenance plan to me. I asked questions, and he answered them. I agreed to the plan, left the car there, and was driven home via Uber. I especially want to recognize Leo Zvi for the exceptional service he provided. He went above and beyond with his patience, professionalism, and kindness, taking the time to explain every detail clearly. At no point did I feel pressured, and he made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Lafayette also took excellent care of us during the test drive, answering all of our questions thoroughly and making the experience enjoyable. Ulises, the Finance Manager, guided me through one of the smoothest and easiest car-buying processes I have ever experienced.
