Mikell provide it good service and even wash my suv since no one was available to do it. My most recent visit with Vera Cadillac Service was Excellent. I went in to have one problem fixed and it turned out that Vera had to fix several other problems. This did not stop their timeliness quality repairs or the pricing. I have used Vera Cadillac Service on now for four or five years. And I’ve always been satisfied with your service. The most important thing I think I can say is the service people there I go above and beyond. Cadillac went out of their way to make sure things were covered under warranty that should’ve been covered under warranty. I could honestly say if you have a Cadillac or GM product of your Cadillac is a good choice. They are fairly priced knowledgeable people.I think my rep went above and beyond to make sure I was happy when I left there. More
