Repairs were done beautifully however, there is no communication or follow up with the vehicle owner. I made appt to drop off my car. Nothing was done to the vehicle for 2 weeks. The Gm first time I communication or follow up with the vehicle owner. I made appt to drop off my car. Nothing was done to the vehicle for 2 weeks. The Gm first time I call about 5 days after dropping off the car, they couldn’t locate the vehicle. I kept calling and was told someone had to look at the vehicle to access damage and repair. They tried blaming the insurance company. Claim had already been submitted and Geico approved additional cost and work as soon as received from dealership. Then they blamed all delays on order delays. It took over a months for a 1 week worth of work. The day I was told car would be ready the only certified employee to do an alignment in al of Vera Cadillac called in sick. Friday after St Patrick’s, what are the odds, guess he was too hangover to work and why not start the weekend early. No one called, I called as I was waiting fir their call to pick up the car as they had told me the day before. If they didn’t have the man power or parts needed to be order why take my car. My car was fine to use the dent was cosmetic more than anything no need for the car to sit in your lot for a months. It was such an inconvenience. Regret so much taking my car to Vera. This is my 3rd Cadillac and what a disappointment. Horrible service horrible experience such a regret. More
