Leave the car for lot then 2 hs change oil and they has to wash the car and they left it completely dirty without vacuuming not good More

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and didn't have an appointment. They service advisor stated it would take approximately 2 to 3 hours wait. I believe it was done in about an hour. The staff was great. More
