I had my vehicle serviced at Vera Cadillac on January 11, 2022. Upon arrival at the dealership I was assisted by Mikell a very helpful, courteous and friendly gentleman. Normally great service. This time none of my issues were solved. Brought it in for 3 discrepancies. One of the issues/sounds was even recorded and I was told they couldn't replicate it so they couldn't fix solved. Brought it in for 3 discrepancies. Not sure what proof they want if the recording isn't enough. Sounded like a possible leak bc a compressor kept coming on while we drove on the turnpike for 3 hours 2nd issue was the USB plug was loose so Android auto would not stay connected. They told me they couldn't find the problem. Once I picked up my car we tried it again and the service writer said OK yeah its not working. Was told to bring it back the following week to get replaced. This was after them already having my car for 5 days. Thankfully I'm able to get a rental and I live close, but it's still an inconvenience. My service writers are always great, this has more to do with the service center. I'm also pretty patient and understanding about the pandemic and short staff but this time was ridiculous having my vehicle for 5 days, not fixing any of the problems, me having to show them the USB was broken, and having to bring my vehicle back in the following week. Do better Vera Cadillac. More
