Had my car there twice in the past couple weeks for unrelated issues 1st was for pre scheduled maintenance service (valet they came and picked up the car and returned it to my home) That was complet unrelated issues 1st was for pre scheduled maintenance service (valet they came and picked up the car and returned it to my home) That was completed within hours and the second time was due to a mechanical breakdown -part failure that required the car being towed there and left overnight Both times the service advisors were extremely professional and knowledgeable and both provided excellent customer service. I had an appointment set. Upon arrival the bay door opened and I was taken care or quickly. My truck had to stay for almost 2 weeks for parts and what not which I understand Upon arrival the bay door opened and I was taken care or quickly. My truck had to stay for almost 2 weeks for parts and what not which I understand. The dealership gave me a ride home and when my truck was finished they delivered it back to my home. They washed my truck and all was fixed perfectly. I was contacted every few days of the progression of my truck. I will definitely use them again for my other vehicle and will tell others. More
