The Service Department has been MORE than helpful the TWO times I’ve used them. Once for a repair with zero complaints from my end. They even delivered my jeep back to me. They were fast and friendly and seemed eager to handle the situation. The second time was for maintenance in a whim, again service was excellent. Purchased a vehicle on May 31. Drove 3hrs to pick it up and the deal went well with salesman, and car has been great. They can’t seem to find a title, and have ignored our calls, and told us things that were straight lies over and over again. As of today (Sept 1) we still do not have a registration and I have filed a complaint with the state. More
