I came back because they are honest. A year ago I bought a car for my wife and i decided to give Vernon Auto group a try because it was close by. I really didn't want to go to a dealership because years ago I had a bad experience with a different dealership. I never expected it to be the only dealership I'll ever deal with again. They helped me get financed and they were very honest about everything. No bad surprises at all!. Well here I am again because my truck I've had for 16 years dies and i.im needing a vehicle. So I call Richard Floyd again and tell him I need help. He gets me with Miguel and we get financed. Miguel was extremely polite and helped us to understand the paper work and let us ask questions. He wasn't trying to hurry us to get us out. He was so very helpful! I recommend this dealership to anyone. Especially first time buyers! Outstanding in every way. Brandon, what’s not to like. He help us find the right truck. At times I felt I was being difficult in finding the right one with the options I wanted Brandon, what’s not to like. He help us find the right truck. We got a good trade in value for ours and the deal was done. I think the hardest part was getting my credit union together with dealership no fault on either side since time zones played a big part of it. We had our unit delivered. Wow how awesome is that. Rick was amazing. He called and let us know when he would be here and was on time waiting for us. Brandon stayed on top of everything from start to finish. We will be using Brandon and Vernon Auto Group again, I know I left some people out like Sheridyn and Chase which answered our questions and help through the process. The staff was wonderful .
