A very pleasant experience. I only have two concerns, one we should have been told about the Stop/Start feature when stopping for traffic or signal lights. We were really surpris I only have two concerns, one we should have been told about the Stop/Start feature when stopping for traffic or signal lights. We were really surprised that the engine actually stopped or shut off at a red light. Second, we only got one key to the car and was told that they couldn't find the second set but, would mail them to us as soon as they can be located. I would think that a dealership this large would have a system of keeping up with the keys. Our salesperson, Nick Ware did a wonderful job getting us in a new car, hats off to Nick.. More

Very good, Above average. The salesman I worked with was very understanding of my work schedule. He helped as much as he could to move the deal along while I was unavailable. He was respectful to my wife and was considerate of our situation. He made no misrepresentations which was appreciated. He told the truth about the vehicle and he was honest when he said he didn't know, but then he would get back to me with what he could. I was not the easiest customer but he was very accommodating. I would recommend THIS salesman. He wanted to make a sale because he wanted to not because he had a commission check waiting. And the finance manager was good too. She accommodated my kids in her office and was timely, efficient, and kind. The only issue I had was that the vehicle which was sold "as is" had some pretty awful tires on it which probably wouldn't pass another place's state inspect. And they wouldn't budge on putting some safer ones on. More
