The BEST! I live in northern MN and was looking for a very specific truck with low mileage and no 'Northern tier' corrosion. After weeks of research I had narrowed my search to a couple nearly identical trucks from different dealers. My final choice came down to which dealer had the best online reviews. Vernon Auto Group's reviews were far better than most. I also took note that they are a large dealership in a low density population area, very similiar to a popular supper club out in the middle of nowhere...the types of businesses that thrive because they offer a great experience. And that's exactly what Vernon gave me. I worked with Steve Ybarra and he was awesome I asked for specific photos of the truck and he took them and sent them within minutes. He was willing to photo the 'worst of the worst' as I call it, hiding nothing from me. The night prior to their delivery of the truck to the OKC airport (yes, you read that correctly...and it saved me 6 additional hours driving back to MN!), Steve called and told me that they put a dime-sized nick in the fender while washing it. Before I could say anything he told me they would cover the cost of the repair at a repair shop of my choice back in MN. The only answer to that kind of honesty and integrity is "Wow". Even though I live 1000 miles away, I now consider Steve Ybarra and the Vernon Auto Group to be my personal dealership. Their excellent reputation is well deserved and I recommend them with the utmost confidence! More

Easy Dealer to work with Ryan Smith was great to work with as well as the rest of the staff. Their trade in phone estimator was surprising. No low balling. I had some trouble finding the exact truck and Ryan worked me thru finding one in their stock, that would work. Then our trade's title got lost at my house and we had to put off the trade for a few days but all turned out well. He stayed in contact with me the whole time. Best of all and this is the important part. There is no hidden agenda. There isn't a hard sell on all the add on's right at the end of the deal. The young lady offers you a couple of aftermarket items and when you say no thank you. She moves on. Her paper work was on the spot. The trade in manager was out on the trade in as soon as we rolled in and the dealers technical guru (Young lady ) walked me thru all the goody's and gadgets and I was up to speed in nothing flat. Vernon is a little far out but well worth the drive. Oh before I forget. they installed wheel locks and a spare tire lock without charging a penny. My wife's car we just purchased from another dealer had the same "Dealer" locks installed on the wheels and they wanted $299.00 for them. We told them pull them off. You can bet when we buy again. We will go back to Vernon. I have been trading cars for 50 years and have never done one as easy as this truck and time at dealer was less than an hour.
