Good value, good service Steve made sure I knew exactly what the car was before I came to see it. He didn't play up the good on the vehicle, he actually overstated the bad. We live nearly 300 miles from the dealership, yet Vernon was my first place to look for a new truck because they are easy & fast to work with & have great deals on their inventory. The dealership is a non-negotiable store, which is good in that you KNOW that you are getting the best deal on the vehicle, and that your haggling skills aren't being put to the test. I will say that when the Dodge had a scratch in the drivers' side window, Steve and his manager did drop the price of the vehicle to compensate for what it will cost to repair that--since they couldn't fix it that day--and cut us a check for the difference. We recommend Vernon to our friends & family. More
