Her explanations are clear, and she does no over-sell, nor cush answers. I have purchased many vehicles over the years, and Crystal Thomas ranks VERY high (if I were to rate all sales staff people). She makes a remarkable impression from the onset, and maintains that impression throughout the process until all is complete. Large cities have nothing over this smaller town dealership, and it is well worth the time to visit Vernon Auto Group. It might not be a bad idea to also request Crystal once you've entered the door.
