I went down a few times before I decieded to buy to get inside and get a feel for what I was considering purchasing (2015 Ford F-150). I talked with a Mr. Brannon (salesman) several times over the course of a few months and he instructed me on all the ins an outs of each package, trim level, and power train options. Each time I came I had more and more questions for him and he answered or solved each and every one. When I Finally decided to buy, because of the thoroughness of the sales team I made my decision with complete confidence. They unfortunately did not have the exact model I was looking for ( I am a bit particular ). Mr. Brannon located the model with my exact specifications and it was on Vernon Auto Group's lot in two days. It was perfect!! I decided it was the one. I can't recall the woman's name, but she is the financial person I signed all the paperwork with. Throughout that process I was asking questions every time I had to sign my name to something, which was a lot. She was very helpful, informative and gave me the reassurance that I was making the right decision. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle Vernon Auto Group is where you need to go. Bought my son his first car, and I did it all on my own!!!
