Went in to find a good used truck. Had already worked a deal on a truck when I was informed that a newer vehicle had just arrived. This was my first time to buy a vehicle online. I had looked online from Dallas to Denver and from Albuquerque to Tulsa and finally narrowed it down to a Suburban that Vernon Auto Group listed. I contac looked online from Dallas to Denver and from Albuquerque to Tulsa and finally narrowed it down to a Suburban that Vernon Auto Group listed. I contacted them and they got me together with Randall. He described the vehicle and took it for a test drive giving me a lot of detailed information on how it handled and drove. He was very knowledgeable about vehicle and answered all my questions. We exchanged several phone calls and e-mails and Randall was always prompt in his replies. He is as pleasant in person as he is over the phone. He isn't a pushy, high-pressure salesman, which I appreciated after having to deal with several of those while looking for vehicles locally in Amarillo. We agreed on a deal and a meeting time. When we got there and drove it we found it to be exactly as described and they didn't try any price changes or push any add on sales. They had all the paper work ready and we were there for less than two hours and then back on the road with the Suburban which had been freshly washed and detailed prior to our arrival. Everyone we met at the dealership greeted us and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of while conducting the trade. I would highly recommend doing business with Randall and the fine people at Vernon Auto Group. I plan on using them in the years to come. More
