2013 Ram Laramie was advertised on e-bay. $49000 truck. Great truck. Advertised in 3 different places as having navigation. NO navigation. The dealer made me pay full retail for the upgrade. The salesman asked me for a credit card deposit. I asked that the card not be charged as I was wiring the full amount the next day. Three days later (Friday afternoon and I have a flight to Texas on Sunday) to tell me they didn't get the money. Turns out Vernon had given me the wrong account number and I had to wait several hours on Monday morning to do it all over again. Then 10 days later I see the they charged my credit card $500 and I had to call and ask to have it refunded. I asked the saleman to at least fill the DEF tank for all of this and he promised but didn't deliver. The delivery instruction was badly lacking and incorrect. It took me several phone calls and hours of research to find out what I was never told. Vernon might as well be a machine. No consideration is given for promises not kept, ads not lived up to. More
