I was apprehesive and suspicious about the price and the Lifetime Warranty and I emailed Victor over 188 times with questions until I was comfortable enough to place a deposit and I built the truck online and faxed the order to Victor and within the time frame that Victor promised my new truck arrived a week early. I ordered every conceivable option that I could and the truck was 1000% perfect when I arrived there and with a full tank of fuel. What also impressed me and others was that when my new truck arrived at the dealership I was able to view over 50+ photos of my actual truck on Vernon's Website. Great Photographer! At the dealership when I finally arrived I was greeted by Kim and her Big Friendly Smile ..within minutes I jumped in my new truck with Victor and Kim and we went thru every switch, button, on board computer, navigation, manuals etc..until I was satisfied enough and had no more questions. Victor and Kim have a tremendous amount of product knowledge and they would have spent the whole day with me until I was satisfied. Megan wrote up my finance deal with "No Pressure" and I was out the door and on the road in no time. The only regret I had was not spending more time at the dealership looking at all the trucks they had (most of them were already sold) and not asking Kim out to lunch..since she was so pleasant and informative to be around. I have bought many new vehicles troughout my life in different States but again I can't stress the fact that if you want real friendly honest and professionalism make sure to contact Victor at Vernon Auto Group. It was well worth the traveling and they have a customer for Life. As a matter of fact I am going to build and purchase a new 2014 F-150 and another family member is going to purchase a new F-250 Platinium from Victor in the very near future. Chase Maldonado was the salesman we spoke to and he answered all of our questions promptly and efficiently. Chase was able to get the interest rate we needed and gave us good value on our trade-in. We picked up our Ford Flex and immediately went on a short trip! The car was everything they had said it was and we are very pleased with our purchase. Jr Cavillio helped us complete the paperwork and handed us our keys! Another salesman provided our grandkids with cokes and crackers! All-in-all, a very competent friendly place to do business with and we would definetly recommend Vernon Auto Group. More

This in large part has to do with the "no haggle" pricing and no pressure sale tactics that is often accompanied by unnecessary "add-ons" at other dealerships. What makes a company is obviously its employees and in this case, Chase, was remarkable! He made the whole experience from start to finish run smoothly. Shopping for an any vehicle at Vernon is a "No Brainer"! And don't forget to ask for Chase!!! More
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Vernon Auto Group. From the beginning of the deal I pretty much did everything via email and the dealership's staff was friendly, attentive, and timely in their Group. I would like to point out that my salesperson, Deiter Brannon particularly stood out to me. Mr. Brannon noticed that after they cleaned the vehicle there were a couple of dents/scratches on the car. He sent me pictures of it to let me know about it even though we had already agreed on the sale and had paperwork shipped. The fact that it may have jeopardized the sale did not faze him at all. In fact he came up with a solution to have the body shop fix it and touch it up prior to me getting there at no charge. I was very impressed with his service and that he cared enough to let me know and not so much about just "making the sale". I would recommend Vernon Auto Group and Deiter Brannon to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

After spending several hours online searching vehicles and prices I found Vernon Auto Group to have the most reasonable prices in my area. Shortly after that call I received a call from Chase and we discussed various vehicles and options. I asked for options that were not included with any vehicle in their inventory and Chase took the time and effort to try to find what I was asking for. After discussing a couple different vehicles I opted to purchase one that was already in their inventory. The staff in the sales office was personable and friendly. Chase was courteous and professional while assisting with my questions. I feel I was offered fair prices on my trade and the new vehicle and the purchase went smoothly. Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase and dealership. More

Trading for a new car or truck should be one of the good experiences of our life. About 90% of the time that is not true if you listen to folk talk about making a trade. I am seventy-five years old and have bought 20 new cars or trucks. Almost every time I felt that in the end I was taken advantage of. Last Thursday I went to two car dealerships with the intention of buying a new pick-up. At each place I spent over two hours and left both with having made four or five offers. Friday morning a friend said, "Go to Vernon and talk to Victor, he will give you a price in about ten minutes." So I went to Vernon, I walked through the lot and found the color that I wanted. I already had the sheet with everything that I wanted on and in the truck. I went into the office area and someone pointed Victor out to me. He introduced himself and asked, "How can I help you?" I gave him the paper and said, "This is what I want." He asked what color and if I had a trade in. I told him the color and he said that he would have someone look at my truck. He had a truck brought up that was the color, and asked me if that was what I wanted. It was, and then he said lets go put some numbers to it. They brought him the price of my truck, and he put some numbers in the computer and with-in ten minutes, turned a piece of paper to me and said, "Here's what we can trade for." We didn't have to hassle over price, the price he gave was the price. Not I might find a hundred here, or maybe we could get you and extra fifty for your truck. It was great! Like buying ice cream at Braums. You know that you want and everyone pays the same price. I always feel that I am being cheated when they say, "What will I have to come down to, to get your business." Or for the forth time, "Well I'll have to take it back to him (?) and see what he can do." For the first time I had a good experience trading for a Ford pick-up at Vernon Auto Group and Victor Overby treated me nice. He explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and remember most of it. The lady in the finance department, was nice and helped me with each question that I had. The entire experience took just over one hour! More
