Purchased tuck, basically paid asking minus fees. Truck was delivered with 1/4 tank fuels and DIRTY. I get that it was a used truck, but that is fairly unacceptable for a reputable dealer. Interior Truck was delivered with 1/4 tank fuels and DIRTY. I get that it was a used truck, but that is fairly unacceptable for a reputable dealer. Interior, engine bay, and exterior were covered in dust. Typically, a car goes through detail before delivery. IDK why this didn’t happen for this purchase. More

Good deal had issue after delivery dealership took care of issue quickly and well. My only slight critique would be that I wished they would have offered me a loaner vehicle in order to avoid a week with a of issue quickly and well. The service department is courteous and dependable, if there’s a problem the service manager is quick to respond and make sure the customer is satisfied! I have custom tires and wheels and they just replaced my tires needless to say I was very impressed with both price and service!! I dropped my vehicle off on April 15th (I was scheduled for the 16th). The did not get back to my until May 5th when the finally looked at my vehicle to tell me what was wrong with it. On June 10th I was t for the 16th). The did not get back to my until May 5th when the finally looked at my vehicle to tell me what was wrong with it. On June 10th I was told my vehicle would be ready at the end of the week. My vehicle was not completed until July 16th. I left and less than 20 minutes later my check engine light went off again.
