Had an oil change, wiper inserts, and four new tires done. Appointment was scheduled online for 11a. While I understand these things can take time, the service department was not finished until 4:30. done. Appointment was scheduled online for 11a. While I understand these things can take time, the service department was not finished until 4:30. It seemed to me that was an excessive amount of time for an oil change, and four news tires. This coupled with the fact that my wife’s vehicle, also an Accord had to be brought back in a month ago after lug nuts were not secured. We almost lost the tire enroute. These last two issues have us a bit concerned about the service department on the whole. In early 2026 we intend on trading her Accord in on a new Pilot. The only other somewhat local option is doing business in Bloomington at the Honda dealership there. Just trying to be totally transparent with our recent concerns. Thank you. More

I recently had my pilot in for service at Victory. This was the 3rd time in the last few months. They said they had fixed the problem which was resulting in the emissions light coming on. They offered to come get the car the next day from me at work. They were over 3 hours late without a courtesy call. I have not been very impressed with the service department. Still waiting to hear from them on how to fix the problem. More
