Went for an oil change and I had an appointment. As I waited I took a walk around the lot to see that after 20 minutes my car was outside and just looked hosed off. I thought it meant that the oil change was almost done but I still waited another 30-35 minutes. For the price and how I was treated I would’ve rather went to Walmart. Altogether with an appointment I was there for over 1.5 hours and all I had was an oil change!! More

I am a regular customer at the Peoria dealership, after the takeover from Bob Lindsay to Victory. Service folks were professional. Overall, my experience on 1/12/2026 was great. I was skeptical as when I called to make the appointment, I was hung up on, and then when I called back no one answered. I did finally get someone who took a message for Service to call me back and make the appointment. My advisor was Mike, and he made sure to connect me with the shop supervisor to go over the noise issue I was having. I wanted to be sure they heard the noise as it was ultimately covered under warranty. The shuttle service is greatly appreciated and the driver was very kind and helpful. I think everything was done accurately. More
