They sold me a 2023 CRV HYBRID with after market mods and when the car was in service they damaged my vehicle. They said mods are not Honda approved even though they sold it to me and no one wants to take r when the car was in service they damaged my vehicle. NO STARS! ! They have to be the only dealership in the state of michigan, that when they list a used car for 13,899 and then out the door pricing after fees goe ! The smart connect fee alone (whatever that is) is 1900 dollars. Discussed with the salesman, and promised to get these waived, text to prove, We Show up for hours on end, to buy the car, after promising to waive that fee, they did not. Walked out without a deal. They have to be the most unprofessional dealership we have dealt with. They also texted me to let me know that was great deal, and they cannot believe that we walked away. Called the manager the next day, he could have cared less what his salesman did. BEWARE!! I will also report this to the BBB. They are arrogant, and could care less about their customers. Also, threw in a warranty and 2 yr of maintenance for free they said. OH wait, thats already on your website. Don't lie. Just bought the same car at a different dealership, same miles, year and price and almost 2K cheaper. NO smart connect fees at this dealership. SHAME on you all. The price we had discussed and the APR of the terms discussed changed by the time I got back to "sign the papers" and they blatantly lied to my face when I said that was not the price we had just discussed. They also told me they would give me a discount, but then tacked on elo gps at the end for an additional $5000 and I didn't want gps on it in the first place--but they said it was already installed. From beginning to end this was a horrible experience and HORRIBLE customer service! I will never go to Victory Honda of Plymouth again and will do my best to tell everyone I know about their SHADY business practices. After making my purchase, I saw online how they had done the same bate and switch to other people. When you are sitting in the lobby discussing prices and terms you get one price and then when you go back to sign documents they shove papers in front of you and ask you to sign. If you don't read carefully you will miss that everything you had previously discussed has increased by about $9000. Lesson learned. AVOID VICTORY HONDA AT ALL COST!! More
