Their incompetence and subsequent indifference has cost me $7,500. I have been asking the general manager, Tanal Hassoun, for weeks to make it right, but he won't return my emails. At best, they are so inc me $7,500. I have been asking the general manager, Tanal Hassoun, for weeks to make it right, but he won't return my emails. At best, they are so incompetent that they can't submit paperwork to the IRS in a timely manner and they care so little about their customers that they won't make sure their mistakes get fixed. But for all I know, this was intentional and they are planning on taking my $7,500 for themselves. I'm not saying that I know they're doing this, but if they can provide another reason why they won't give me my $7,500 and claim the credit for themselves (or even answer my multiple emails), I'm all ears.
