I had a HORRIBLE experience at this LOW LEVEL dealership! I showed up with my family for an appt. to do a test drive of a car - unbeknownst to me - it was a BAIT & SWITCH car. They NEVER intended to SELL thi I showed up with my family for an appt. to do a test drive of a car - unbeknownst to me - it was a BAIT & SWITCH car. They NEVER intended to SELL this car - ONLY to LURE and FOOL customers through DECEPTIVE practices. They claimed to have TWO vehicles for me to test drive and showed me NONE of them - because they were being SERVICED. The RUDE manager, Kevin Zamora, then told us 'there's the door'. And we took our children and walked out the dealership. I REFUSE to spend my money at a DISHONEST business... AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU. Skip their business and go somewhere REPUTABLE. More

I went to this dealership and knew exactly what type of deal k was getting myself into because of my credit. I’m not sure if the sales rep that I had thought I was not smart. He let me test drive a Jeep Cherokee around three blocks I heard a sound and asked sales rep (Deshawn) what the wound was. He told me lol the sound inside the truck is because whenever I pass speed cams the truck will make that sound. That was the fastest I’ve ever heard someone come up with such a lie! I didn’t look into it because I was very desperate for a vehicle, and this was the only dealership that was able to get me approved. Now let’s get into the approval. Once approved I was told I would be make payments biweekly, which is also insane because my contract says nothing about any doing anything biweekly. The finance company called and sparkle with me in regards to my account, and when I asked them about making these biweekly payments they had no clue of what I was talking to and referred me back to the dealership. While on the phone with the finance company I called the dealership (VICTORY MITSUBISHI) on the other line to figure out what’s going on. I called on a Wednesday to find out about this it’s now Saturday and I’m still waiting for a call back from the finance manager. If you want a crappy deal, high interest rates and lies definitely go to VICTORY MITSUBISHI. I also live 2 hours away so it’s more convenient to call if I have a problem, that’s also a joke. If you’re not physically at the dealership the customer service is ALWAYS going to be WORST than POOR! But look on the bright side you’ll get a vehicle that’s twice the price before you leave yayyyy! I came in to buy a 2021 Tesla Model 3 that was listed online for a great price. I called and got it in writing that it was available for a test drive. Right after that, they started pushing other, more expensive cars on me. Classic bait and switch. They just want to get you in the door and then upsell you on something else. Don’t fall for it. This place is not honest. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else. i spend over 3 hours traveling, don't fall for it. More
