The service department does well ,Just wish I didn’t have to wait to long.And when your car has to be held cause it takes time to fix there should be a loaner car opposed to have to rent a car at your expense.

I went for my first service for my VW Tiguan. Representative was professional and the service was per performed in the timeframe he gave me. I think they tried to wash my car but they did not dry it. My car was wet when I picked it up. I said “tried” because my car was already clean.it was a bit annoying that they did not dry it. Other than that everything always was satisfactory. Thank you, LT
