Good initial experience, poor follow-up This dealer seemed great, but we had to ask for a lot of things that should have been common sense. It has been over two months since, and we still don’t have the key ( after several calls and visits to the dealership). Also tried to get an oil change and a tire fixed; the service department was a joke. Overall, this dealership gives customers the runaround at every point. I would not purchase a vehicle here again. Went out they’re way so I could leave with the car! We got there Saturday late afternoon and they don’t care to stay out late so I could leave with a car which the others dealers I went to didn’t do!
