Stay Away My car is 2016/33,000 miles. I went in for an oil change, and suddenly I needed new brakes and a new battery. I was fine before I went there. I hav My car is 2016/33,000 miles. I left my car with these people and went to McDonald's. I came back and was told that they had to jump start my car twice just to move it. How convenient that this happened as soon as I turned it off and walked away. I went there because I had a coupon S49.00. I will never go back there for oil change or anything else. I feel like they send you a coupon just to get you in there and then find fake problems with your car. I'd rather pay $72.00 and be drama free. More

I was told bring someone with good credit to co sign , so I begged my sister whom has 720 credit score, she went in and the cars they had advertised for $15,000 when to the lowest price of 19,257 . That was not including taxes and dmv fee, once they ran her credit . I felt like hey they are trying to raise the price of the vehicle cause my sister would get approved. I declined that offer and they told me to get a used vehicle , but I would not have a single rebate, fine so I counter offered and stated I do not mind I’ll choose a car that’s used but please raise the offer for my vehicle $500 more as they are offering me the lowest price on kbb for my car which works just fine. Then they gave me a run around that they needed approval from someone that they would call me next day. This is not only to mention that the sales person Brianna lost my sisters identification in the process and stated she was looking for it when she clearly kept speaking to her colleagues and laughing up a storm. Finally I called today first to ask for my sister identification and was told by David that sales person Brianna and himself were looking for it and that they would give me a call back if they found it, I brought up the car situation and then David responded I was waiting to see if you guys wanted to go through with it, I cleared it up and told him “ didn’t your finance guy tell me he would call me today once he got an approval for the increase in payment for my car, he said give me a second I would call you right back. im waiting to see but so far horrible experience, not only that they undervalue your vehicle to ensure you take out a bigger loan, most of the positive reviews here most be people whom couldn’t really get a car and were finally approved but people whom have the resources and knowledge on how financing and buying a automobile work don’t fall for these traps. Guys beware and please take my advice bring in your own copy of your identification so that they don’t loose it. They lost her license and were not able to replace it , they then used the excuse that they were to busy to worry about my sisters license and we decided to go elsewhere and avoid the headache as they sales manager Joseph was being rude and condescending towards my sister. Johan on the other hand was great he applologized for his behavior and gave out of his own money $20 to replace her license. I tried calling the general manger to finalize the sale with Johan but he became made when I told him I would not ultimately lie in my review and hung up. I’m heading to Brooklyn Mitsubishi for my next car as that was where I got my lancer and I was treated like a king. Avoid this dealership unless you want to get ripped off and get a bunch of hidden fee and they upsell you a car that’s advertised for cheaper when they see you have credit that’s good. Johan should be the GM there maybe they would’ve resolved the matter better or never would have happened More
