I contacted the dealership after seeing a vehicle listing on CARFAX. I have been in the market for a specific vehicle with specific options and packages. I spoke with phone concierge Ericka and I provided the vehicle I was interested in. She told me the car was available and ready to be seen. I specifically requested that she makes sure the car in fact, was in the lot and ready to be sold. I informed her I was driving from out of state 3.5 hours away She confirmed the car was available and proceeded to booking my appointment. I called Friday around 3pm and made my appointment for the very next day Saturday 12pm. Excited to purchase this car, I showed up around 10am. Soon as I walked in I dealt with sales rep Cliff. He was very good to work with. He took down the information for the vehicle I was interested in and quickly began working on finding the vehicle on their lot. Unfortunately for me, they did not have the vehicle in their inventory. The car I was specifically interested in had “engine” issues and the dealer was no longer in possession of it. The car I drove 3.5 hours to see was not in inventory. The phone concierge Ericka did NOT do her job and properly verify whether the car was actually in their lots or not. Her dishonesty and lack of work ethic costed me money in gas and tolls and nearly 7 hours of my day driving back and forth. They did have a few other examples of the car I was interested in, which Cliff took the time to show me and go over all the options and packages they had. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, which sucks cuz I had to give 1 star. But anyone reading this rating should take this for what it is. They clearly have a good sales rep but the phone concierge is a joke. She is the front line when a customer inquires about a car. She sets the appointments up. She should be doing some leg work and making sure these cars are in fact in their inventory. She failed to do this. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere. But for those that happen to find a car that is ACTUALLY on their lot that you may be interested in purchasing, maybe you’d want to work with Cliff. He was upfront about the situation when informing me about the car. He was also not pushy into getting me into anything else I didn’t want. More
this the worst dealership in the bronx please stay away from them I bought a 2020 infiniti Qx50 with 20k miles.i got the car Oct 5th the engine Oct 12 the engine light came on I took it to the service ce from them I bought a 2020 infiniti Qx50 with 20k miles.i got the car Oct 5th the engine Oct 12 the engine light came on I took it to the service center it took them a whole week to do diagnostics check so they did that they told me it has engine malfunction they going to send it to Infiniti to replace the engine till this day the car still in Infiniti and it’s been a month already they all bunch of scammers in there and never pick up they phone but wanna hawk you to give them a good review .they scammed me and got me a car insurance I never agreed to the manager told me I’ll be paying $560 every 3 month and I could only pay it by cashapp or Apple Pay to the manager ok cool I send him the $560 mind you they Never gave me the log ins or anything so the next day I called geico so I was able to get in the app first thing I seen was my 17k premium was paid in full for the 6 months mind you the manager told me I’ll be paying $560 every 3 months so I went on the payment history I seen that they deposited a E-check of 17k I tried to reach out to them no answer at all so 2 days later geico sent me a mail that the e-check was declined to choose another payment method so I went in the dealership showed them everything all of a sudden they didn’t get me the insurance that the broker did so now I’m stuck with paying 17k which I cannot afford. And also I bought the car a month and half I still haven’t received my registration yet I called the dmv to check the status they said they didn’t even recieve the package yet to reach out to the dealer.
