Advertised prices were nothing more than bait-and-switch tactics, dissolving into thin air the moment I stepped onto the lot. Vehicles I was assured were available were suddenly "Not available," conveniently paving the way for aggressive attempts to upsell me on far more expensive options. This wasn't just a mistake; it felt like a calculated strategy they've been doing for ages. Their phone support, though superficially polite, was a well-oiled machine for misinformation, not genuine assistance. I received written confirmations of pricing and availability, only to have them brazenly denied or rescinded the moment I arrived.
