This place is a joke and a complete bait and switch! STAY AWAY! Drove over an hour to test drive a car after confirming twice that it was on the lot. Person I made appointment with wasn't even available despite confirming twice. Waited over an hour and passed along to three people, including the manager, who had no clue what was going on and just wanted to chat. Had to walk two blocks to "help locate" the car on their "adjacent" lot, couldn't find it. Fourth person who didn't even work there but was "helping out" indicated that car had been sold long ago. He, in turn, walked us around looking for another car which also couldn't be found. Have no clue why how this place does business. Someone was mopping the floor while we were there, music so loud you could barely hear, cheap broken furniture, and a bunch of other people looked to be getting the same runaround. How can you show all these supposed 4-star reviews yet maintain a poor 3.2/5.0 ratings? What a sham. Got email this morning that car is still available--are you serious? More
