PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE GOING HERE. .. ABSOLUTE SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME. I was just like you and saw a car I wanted, priced lower than the market, on their website. I'm out of state so .. I'm out of state so I did my due diligence prior and spoke with their sales team FOUR times and was assured the car was available and in good condition. I even spoke with Shania around 630PM right, before they closed, the night before I was due to go in for my appt to view the car. Again was assured car was available. As soon as I got in a sleazy salesman started talking to me, told him what car I wanted. He told me the car was currently being test driven how about you check out this newer model instead? I told him no, I know what I want and I'll wait. His demeanor immediately changed and he became rude, brushed me off and walked away. After waiting 30 min for him to return and waiting for this "test drive" to end it became clear he was no longer going to help. I went to front desk and connected with another salesperson (Mark) who searched for the car and told me THE CAR WAS SOLD YESTERDAy... Now how is that possible when I spoke to you yesterday evening and you told me the car was available? I thought it was currently being test driven?? No answers there and I left. And then a couple hours later Shania called me and said she got tied up and asked if I made it in to see the car. I told her what happened and she claimed that was all wrong and they have the car she's going to do some digging and call me back. Never to be heard from again...They never had this car and they bait you in with low prices and then try to get you to purchase another car and for more money. I contacted the sales manager about this, Nicole, but have not received a response. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO MY WORST ENEMY. Give them your business at your own peril, at least you've been warned. ZERO stars!! More

Beware this car dealership is a scam. I just bought a car two days ago from here and they will sell you a dream. When I reach to the dealership, the sales rep Anthony told me the car I was looking into is being driven right now for a test drive. If I wanted to look at different cars for the meanwhile. While looking at other vehicles he gets a “text” saying the person who is test driving the car Is going to purchase it. So, I end up liking another car within budget. I was told one price when I gave my down payment, when signing the paperwork I realized they added over 4k in fees. One fee is for extended warranty the other was LoJack which I told them I don’t want or need. The dealership response was “ all of their used cars has LoJack and is required by them to have when purchasing a used car”. Please be careful when dealing with this car dealership they would do anything to grab your money. Also they will harass you at the end to give them a high review, Sales rep Anthony said “ if I don’t post a good review, they will take longer to process plates and registration” More

They were excellent in getting my business on 10/9/23, but once I complain about the performance of the vehicle on the 10/10/23 i notice the poor service. I return the car in less than 24 hrs to get an upgrade.inbrough the vehicleback the next day and they refuse to upgrade, the seats are so uncomfortable it irritates my RA. The Sport GT cabin is loud gives me an headache. I've called, texted, and emailed, but still no help. This is a scam, dont trust them.BUYERS BEWARE! More
