The most ghetto car dealership i have ever been to. The entire place smells weed once you step in. I made an appointment at noon for 1:30pm for the test drive after i confirmed the vehicle's availabil The entire place smells weed once you step in. Only giving 1 star because they have great quality cars there. My experience was crazy. Not even 5 minutes after pulling in an employee argued me up an down for 15 minutes saying I rode over someone foot s there. My experience was crazy. Not even 5 minutes after pulling in an employee argued me up an down for 15 minutes saying I rode over someone foot sitting on the ground. After they saw I wasnt budging from my decision that I didn't run over no ones foot because they couldn't produce the person they gave up and said oh it was a misunderstanding/confusion. Should have left then but here's the best part. Sales Manager talks to me about the car that (I'm paying cash) for but they kept (trying to get me to finance) he says we'll there's alot of Fees when u finance. (Their exact words) #1. $2500 down payment on top of the asking price (First time in 46 years I've seen that). I'm paying cash oh well that fee is whether u paying cash or financing. #2. A $799 government fee. #WOW #3. some other Fees he couldn't even explain on top of $1300 that I know I have to pay to Massachusetts in Massachusetts for tax not to New York. Total comes to almost $27,645 after these so called Fees from an $18,429 car. They saw I came from out of state and thought they would get over on me. Very bad for business and on top of all this they tried to manipulate me with edited videos and fake phone calls from the hospital a week later about a broken foot.
