Customer service was excellent, the sales agent was very resourceful and patient. The car delivery got delayed and I wasn’t happy about that because I needed a vehicle as soon as possible, manager had no cl resourceful and patient. Jim Greenfield was so helpful with the purchase of a new car. He worked with me to find a hybrid Camry, helping me to understand this car since I've never had a hybrid before. My husband and I had been in a car. He worked with me to find a hybrid Camry, helping me to understand this car since I've never had a hybrid before. My husband and I had been in a car accident, my car was totaled. We were looking to replace the car as quickly as we could. We understand how difficult it is right now with available inventory. Mr Greenfield was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions about the arrival of the vehicle. I must say very patient also. We have owned a number of Toyotas.
