I purchased my Avalon at the end of the lease. The finance department representative was not receptive, argumentative, and abrupt. He never introduced himself and though I had an appointment, he was finance department representative was not receptive, argumentative, and abrupt. He never introduced himself and though I had an appointment, he was not prepared nor had he even looked to see if I had purchased the car at that dealership. This was not a pleasant experience. I was never even thanked for my business. I doubt if I'll ever purchase a vehicle there again. More

These guys really know how to get car shoppers exactly what they are looking for. We were on the market for RAV4 Prime and everybody was telling us that finding one is like finding a unicorn.
