Every person we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. Sam worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted. Robert Saponari was my salesman and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was one of the best car buying experience I have had. I purchased one of Metro Toyota's rental cars that was on the showroom. and knowledgeable. It was one of the best car buying experience I have had. I purchased one of Metro Toyota's rental cars that was on the showroom. Metro Toyota didn't have any new vehicles on the lot at the time and this car was very nice looking. I would have given the dealership a five star rating except when I took the car home it was obvious the car had not been cleaned and I had to clean something splattered on the front of the glove box. I thought the car would have been cleaned prior to putting it on the showroom or even prior to me picking up the car. I had to stop at Metro Toyota the day after receiving the car because my tire pressure light came on because the front tires only had 29 lbs. of pressure instead of 33lbs. of pressure. Metro did correct my tire pressure issue with no problem. My salesman Robert however gets a five star from me. More

Ramona was beyond exceptional! We have bought many cars, but this experience was by far the best one yet.
