From the moment we walked through the door there was a sense of professionalism and an eagerness to work with us that other dealerships we had visited lacked. No pressure. No one shadowing us as we checked out the model of car on the showroom floor we had an interest in, but they were still nearby to answer our questions. Eventually, we were introduced to Anastasia, who took good care of us and walked us through the process. While we had to wait a couple of months for the car we wanted -- a 2021 Supra GR 3.0 Premium in Nitro Yellow, it was well worth the wait!! The staff, from top to bottom, including sales, management, finance, and service have been top notch. I'm not sure who was more excited when the new car arrived, the Metro Toyota staff or us! We loved the entire experience of purchasing our new car from Metro Toyota! More
