Victory Toyota of Brook Park

I brought my Toyota Tundra in for a recall. The recall was supposedly completed, but when I tried to puck up my truck, the engine was no longer working. The service manager said that they weren't responsible, and they will not do anything for me! By the way, my truck was running fine when I dropped it off. My previous review was taken off by Metro Toyota! What an organization, DO NOT GO TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! More

I dropped off my Toyota Tundra for a recall, it was working well at that time, the service was supposedly completed, but when I tried to pick up my vehicle the service department claimed that the engin working well at that time, the service was supposedly completed, but when I tried to pick up my vehicle the service department claimed that the engine was seized up and no longer working. when I asked them to make this right, they said that there is nothing they are willing to due!!!! The service manager, Chris was down right demeaning and not pleasant at all. Do NOT go to the service department!!! More

I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my car here. Gary Capper made the transaction very smooth, had the car already ready for me to test drive.
