I took my truck in to get a recall done on it through this dealership. When I dropped of my truck. It was working as it should, but when I tried to pick it up, I was informed that the engine has seized, this dealership. When I dropped of my truck. It was working as it should, but when I tried to pick it up, I was informed that the engine has seized, and it was no longer running. The dealership didn’t want to take responsibility for it. The service manager was rude snd demeaning. I informed Toyota corporate of the situation, they requested to dealership to call me back and rectify the situation on several occasions, but they didn’t call me back! Horrible customer service!!
