We have leased three vehicles through Chris Ollar at Metro and have always had a pleasant experience. Everyone is always helpful and friendly and we have never felt like we were being sold or pushed in Metro and have always had a pleasant experience. They have been willing to work with our budget and they always have good selection and what we are looking for. After oil change, service deskman advised that we were in need of coolant and transmission service/replacement for $500. We contacted another Toyota dealer that we use and were advised that those systems are need of coolant and transmission service/replacement for $500. We contacted another Toyota dealer that we use and were advised that those systems are sealed and service is recommended at 100,000, not the 62,000 miles of our vehicle. So, we suspect upselling of an unnecessary service. More
