I visited Metro Toyota twice in search of a used SUV. The first encounter was not a good experience at all when dealing with a salesman named Gary on the used car sales side. After speaking with manager Chri first encounter was not a good experience at all when dealing with a salesman named Gary on the used car sales side. After speaking with manager Chris Lombardo, he was adamant that I let them make it up to me and that he would make sure he had one of his best assist me. I worked with Ramona during my second visit and she was so polite, knowledgeable, and overall wonderful. I highly recommend her! More
