I wasn't sure how I would get it done and get the car I wanted, but Jim Greenfield and his team made it easy for me. Jim took charge and worked out the lease agreement with me in his office while we were both 'masked'. Unfortunately, the car I wanted was not available at Metro Toyota, so Jim recruited his team to track down 'my car' and get it to Metro. It wasn't easy, especially with reduced staff at dealerships and limited inventory, but Jim and his team made it happen. I picked up my beautiful RAV4 today and I can't be more happy! Here I am 6 years later in the market to replace the Highlander Cap (Gary) sold me, which has been very reliable. After emailing a few other dealerships and getting their automated responses, my wife an Highlander Cap (Gary) sold me, which has been very reliable. After emailing a few other dealerships and getting their automated responses, my wife and I saw a pre-owned Sienna here. I emailed Cap and within 15 minutes, a normal, not computer generated response! I stopped up for a test drive and decided to start the purchase process. Stopped up the following day to have our Highlander appraised and was given some rough numbers. Third day, filled out some paperwork on their website and by 3pm everything was wrapped up. Once again, Cap impressed me. Very personable guy and made everything as smooth as butter. Took 3 days because of my work schedule but a total of about 2 hours actually in the dealership.
