One star is too high. This is a stereotypical dealership that only cares about you when you’re buying or leasing a car from them. Once you drive off the lot, they couldn’t care less about you. They build up that only cares about you when you’re buying or leasing a car from them. Once you drive off the lot, they couldn’t care less about you. They build up the service department when selling you the vehicles, but the mechanics are largely incompetent and the ownership is stingy and will not provide restitution if they damage your car while performing service. The sales staff is rude and aggressive, the owner is even worse, and there are simply better options to purchase a car from. More
